I don't see why boys are allowed walk around topless wherever they want without anyone looking at them weird (we may look at them, but that's the look of desire if they got a nice body). We never think like "Oh dear that boy sure shows a lot of skin". We just think "ohhhhhh deeeeearrrrr, that boys body is deliciousssssss"

BUT.
If a girl would walk around topless we would never EVER think "ohh what a nice girl, I'm sure she just want to get some sun on her boobs". We think more like "OH MY GOD look at that slut! She just walks around showing EVERYBODY what she got, I mean come on! Does girls have no dignity nowadays?" "What would that girls poor parents say about this?" "Maybe she doesn't know that the top is of? Maybe she dropped it without noticing?".

So I think girls aren't allowed to walk like that because "it's dangerous". You see, If a man sees a girl like that he wont be able to control himself, he's just too, pardon my world, fucking horny that he can't help but rape this poor girl. And its her own fault. She's the one who chose to walk topless. Silly girl. 
Alright, so maybe I'm exaggerating a little, but you get the concept.  

BUT.
Why isn't it dangerous for men to walk around topless? I know lots of girls who's strong enough to take down a man and then rape him. Why aren't men afraid to walk alone in the dark nights? Don't they know how many creepy and horny heavy ladies there is out there? Excluding all the teachers? The streets are practically crammed with them!
